Another Doctor's Appointment

Here's the latest doctor's appt update. Everything is good. The baby's heartbeat is still very strong and was 159 this time. Now that I've hit the 20 week mark they have started to measure my stomach as well and they said I'm right on track with that measurement. At my next appointment they will do another in office ultrasound just to check my fluid levels since they were normal but on the low end at my first ultrasound. I've also now gained a net of 3 pounds so I've finally surpassed my pre-pregnancy weight. The doctor said that I will be pleased with the fact that it shouldn't be too hard to get back to my starting weight after the delivery. I guess that's the only good thing to come of a rough first trimester!

Drum Roll Please....

This afternoon was the ultrasound and we are having a BOY! Everything else looks good, the due date is still around the same date (they told us 6-25-05 today based on measurements). Now we just have 20 more weeks left.

I have a picture but I have to scan it in. Will do that tomorrow because I want to go rest right now. Now we have to start thinking about names....

Felt the baby move!

This weekend when Kevin and I were in Florida, I definitively felt the baby move. In fact, it was moving around so much that even Kevin could feel it if he put his hand on my slowly growing belly. The poor thing was probably all wound up b/c I have a pretty bad cold and had taken some Tylenol sinus (okayed by my doctor) and I had also had 2 glasses of coke (and I've basically quit drinking caffiene). I'm starting to get a little bigger as well--I will take a picture when Kevin get's home this weekend since he's got the digital camera with him. I still fit into my regular clothes but probably not for long.
