Trip to Indiana

This weekend we visited Noel and Jessica in Indiana for their annual AFC/NFC football party. We had a good time and we actually got to see snow--something that we don't get much of now that we are in TN. Their son, Wyatt, is really growing fast--he's such a good little boy too. Will try to post some pictures from the weekend here later.

Still going well.

Had another doctor's appt yesterday and things are still going well. The baby's heartbeat was the same as last time--163. Except now it's moved right to the middle of my belly. I'm not showing yet but the doctor told me that 4 weeks from now I will look very different. I'm not in a hurry for that part! We have our ultrasound appt on Feb 8th. Have you joined the baby pool? So I lied...

Not quite within one month...but close enough. The big news w/ the Embree's is that we are going to have a baby. June 27th is the big day so Kevin and I are trying to take full advantage of the next 6 months. Fortunately, I'm able to eat again so that helps--the first 3 months have been a bit rough. Will post a picture here when I begin to show---which I'm sure will be very soon! The good news is that I received the okay from work to take 1o weeks off after the birth which is great--most of that time will be paid leave as well. I was worried about that but they had no problems with my request.
